The skin is on the softer and well-oiled side (as with all their other dim sum). It has an interesting colour combi of green + yellow, which are pretty auspicious colours in Chinese culture as they represent jade & gold/royalty respectively). Tasty & nutritious filling w assorted veggies and tofu!
