Scallop Alfredo al Fortune — Recensione di pdxveg (2 ago 2021)

This consisted of king oyster mushroom buttered “scallops”, al dente linguine noodles, creamy seaweed butter cream sauce, cashew cheese crumbles, Violife Foods grated parmesan, fresh parsley, and crispy garlic toast wedges. Those delectable king oyster mushrooms had the exact same taste and texture that we remember scallops having. This was both elegant and satisfying. It was made by Plant Based Papi.
