Avocado Toast with Fried ‘Eggs’ al Beetroot Sauvage — Recensione di Kate Louise Powell (6 set 2020)

I had been looking forward to trying this for a long time, and it didn’t disappoint! 🍳 The egg yolks were big and round and jiggly, and they POPPED and spilled out the runny yolk which was cool. They had a nice eggy flavour without being too salty, and they was enough egg yolk and mashed avo to be a good ratio for the thick sourdough. It’s en expensive brunch (around £8.50) but worth it IMO
