I’ll cut them some slack though because they are my fave all vegan spot and they always give something free like spring rolls or dumplings or an entire entree of general tsos if you spend over $50. So it was fine. The tofu was delicious idk how or why their cold tofu is so satisfying. Could have used a little more dressing.Tofu Salad

This roll is 2 summer rolls cut into 6 pieces smothered in a delicious mango sauce and some sort of spicy basil sauce situation. Coconut rice topped with 2 types of seaweed salad, sprouts, beet spirals, chickpeas, citrus spinach, avocado, kimchee, seitan, mango salsa and peanut dressing and kimchee sauce on the side. It’s not healthy whatsoever but that’s ok once in a while! They tossed it with green and red bell peppers, onions and seasoning and it just took the fried mushrooms to another level. The crunch and sweetness of the peppers really balanced well with the fried mushrooms. This is an appetizer for 9.50$ and well worth it. Only 3 pieces of broccoli I guess as garnish but the bean sprouts were soooo good. Crunchy and had a nice light sauce on them. The tofu was cooked perfectly. The veggies are slightly crisp. It’s a generous portion and mix of broccoli, carrots, snap peas, zucchini, asparagus, cauliflower, celery and lotus.
