Review of Coconut Rice Bowl at Shangri-La by clarendiee

Wow what a pretty rainbow of delicious colors! Each component was perfect. Came with a pumpkin and white bean soup app all for 15$. I put a good dent in but still have leftovers.
Coconut rice topped with 2 types of seaweed salad, sprouts, beet spirals, chickpeas, citrus spinach, avocado, kimchee, seitan, mango salsa and peanut dressing and kimchee sauce on the side. Crazy good and I’d say fairly healthy!
