Everything here is vegetarian and most dishes are vegan. I particularly like this baked rice dish because it’s hearty and great for cold weather. It’s also good if you are eating solo because portion sizes are massive and two dishes may be too much for one person. The rice that’s baked underneath is a mix of white, red and I think brown - it’s not only white so it’s a healthy choice. There is an assortment of vegetables like corn and mushrooms, plus the taste Is not salty or overbearing, which is a pleasant surprise for vegetarian restaurants in HK.
