This masterpiece is the caramel bubble waffle, which we had for desert. I don’t even know how to describe this, it was so good ! The waffle is basically shaped as though it has bubbles inside, so it’s really nice & light. They gave us a really generous portion & huge scoops of ice cream, so it’s great for sharing

The best scrambled eggs I’ve had since going vegan I think ! & I loved the originality of pairing this with a croissant, which is so much better than ordinary bread. Everything here is served so beautifully too. This was great & filling for a long post prandial hike
