French toast

Loved this french toast with banana & coconut bacon which tasted salty & smoky - no pigs were harmed 🐷

Perfect balance of sweet and salty with coconut bacon balancing out the syrup. Very filling but sickening if one doesn’t have a massive sweet tooth. Would recommend splitting with a friend, one slice is perfect paired with something else!
