Amazing wrap from Blended! The flavour was a bit bland but overall, it was an excellent meal as always. Homemade beetroot falafels, rocket, tzatziki, beetroot, hummus, tomato, carrots, avocado wrapped up in a superfood coconut wrap. All that for only R90 or R110 if you get wedges, but seriously get the wedges, they are insane! 🌱

Best vegan brekkie in Cape Town!!! Especially paired with a morning swim at Glen Cairn tidal pool and a Manna Brew cappuccino 😉🌊🤙 Deliciously sautéed veggies in a chickpea omelette wrap thingy 😄 Blended café is honestly such an amazing spot 💚 lots of vegan options. Would highly suggest!

Possibly one of the best pies ever! The pastry was perfectly cooked and the mushroom and pea filling was seasoned well and delicious. And the wedges - the right amount of crunch. Almost like roast potato wedges. If you love pies, then you have to go here! Also it’s a brilliantly spot with ocean views and a menu with so many other options on.

I'm a huge fan of Blended and everything I've ever ordered there, so I was a little bit disappointed when my husband ordered this and the bagel was so hard you could just about break a window with it 💔 Other than that though the filling on the bagel was absolutely mouth watering and this would make a perfect quick lunch/snack if they can just get the actual bagel right.

This is the Coconut & Roast Veg Pie with Handcut Rosemary Wedges. Wow! Soooo yum! Whenever I see vegan pies on a menu I'm very hesitant to order it, I've been let down too many times 💔 BUT... this is such an incredible treat! The filling is so flavorful, packed with veggies, and has the creamiest sauce, the crust is perfect, not too crunchy but also doesn't fall apart too easily. It is the best vegan pie I've had, period! Of course it's also served with either a side salad or their mouth watering hand cut rosemary wedges, I opted for the wedges because they are to die for. Oh and in terms of serving, I was stuffed after having this, the pie doesn't look that big but it is filling! Clearly someone is a big fan of Blended and all their food 🙄😅 can't blame me though, they just get it right 👌🏼🌿💚
