This is the Coconut & Roast Veg Pie with Handcut Rosemary Wedges. Wow! Soooo yum! Whenever I see vegan pies on a menu I'm very hesitant to order it, I've been let down too many times 💔 BUT... this is such an incredible treat! The filling is so flavorful, packed with veggies, and has the creamiest sauce, the crust is perfect, not too crunchy but also doesn't fall apart too easily. It is the best vegan pie I've had, period! Of course it's also served with either a side salad or their mouth watering hand cut rosemary wedges, I opted for the wedges because they are to die for. Oh and in terms of serving, I was stuffed after having this, the pie doesn't look that big but it is filling! Clearly someone is a big fan of Blended and all their food 🙄😅 can't blame me though, they just get it right 👌🏼🌿💚
