I too this pic in the middle of eating that’s why it looks unsightly but I love the taste of this, the ingredients and the sauce

Didn’t expect all the ingredients to be fried haha. Interesting mix of ‘fish’ made from eggplant, mashed tofu & potato starch, crispy tofu skin & lady’s fingers. Soup was very oily and had a lot of xiao bai cai. $6 per set
