Sesame Mochi Icecream

I was really looking forward to trying this because matcha + red bean is a match made in heaven (to me anyway) and I love mochi. Everything else was great but the texture of the rice cream was just really icy and hard.

Per the words of my omni friend, "I'd flash my tits for this". Thin chewy layer of mochi with a generous serving of matcha ice cream, and a spoonful of adzuki beans. Honestly everything was just so good and beyond our expectations. #veganin2020

Matcha r'ice-cream wrapped in chewy black sesame mochi skin and served with sweet adzuki beans. I liked this so mochi as it reminded me of Japanese daifuku!

Mochi and icecream literallu two of my favorites combined! Hope the matcha Icecream can be less sandy in terms of the texture and everything else is great!
