Plant Based Chicken Mayo Toastie

Pretty decent toastie using On The Greenside chick’n. They didn’t have any on the shelf but said they could make one for me which I liked because at least I knew it was fresh. Would probably have it again.

NB! I asked them to toast it up for me and then one of the baristas told me they use Stork butter as the norm and asked me if I wanted coconut oil rather! I’m so thankful he asked! One can never assume that people make the connection. I’m glad I got to try it. It’s really nice to have an option like this at a coffee shop ☕️ but it definitely lacks something- I think a pickled cucumber would do well 🥒 or some atchaar🥭

Really good. I actually like the bread most of all. Much better than seitan type ch*kn toasts.

Convenient grab-and-go lunch that is very tasty! It is made with On the Green Side strips and B-well mayo. The bread is also divine.

Not as expected. Quite disappointed. Dryyyyyy as the desert. Perhaps they should just change their bread. Filling is fine, but there’s more mayo than ch*kn.
