Chickpea Omlette

Such fantastic vegan options for breakfast and lunch. Well priced and tasty!

I found the filling (caramelised onion, roast tomato (and mushroom, mine without)), scrambled tofu) a little wet - and that made what could have been a great omelette, a tad mediocre. Would I have it again? Yes, but I would add a fresh element to it like avocado.
