This consisted of delightfully firm and chewy hand-stretched noodles with stir-fried tofu, spinach, mushrooms, onions, matchstick carrots, purple cabbage, and bean sprouts. It was full of intense savory flavors and a pleasant amount of 🔥 in the mild version that I chose.
