Chao Mian with Tofu at Stretch The Noodle — pdxveg's Review (May 4, 2023)

This consisted of delightfully firm and chewy hand-stretched noodles with stir-fried tofu, spinach, mushrooms, onions, matchstick carrots, purple cabbage, and bean sprouts. It was full of intense savory flavors and a pleasant amount of 🔥 in the mild version that I chose. The portion size was very generous, and the price was remarkably low.
