This is fantastic. In fact the whole meal was. The lasagne was full of flavour and not stodgy, presumably because it uses thin sheets of celeriac rather than pasta.
Only given 4 stars for presentation because the green stuff decorating it had badly wilted because of the heat from the lasagne itself.

The lasagna was really quite delicious and creamy. At first I was confused that it was served with a kind of pumpkin seed cracker, but it makes a bit more sense if you dip it in the lasagna. Tasty!

This was a slow roasted aubergine and zucchini and a rich creamy sauce! 🥒🍆Everything was really yummy except that the celeriac sheets could be softer 🙂 20% off when you sign up for their newsletter!!!

This dish wasn’t bad but I probably wouldn’t go for it again. There’s a top sheet and beneath is aubergines and zucchini. It comes with a choice of sides, if you don’t choose, the default will be the salad.
