I didn’t know a single mushroom could taste that amazingly delicious and pack so much flavour. My partner tried one, paused and said “I think I love that mushroom more than you.” If that’s not a recommendation I don’t know what is!

The lasagna was really quite delicious and creamy. At first I was confused that it was served with a kind of pumpkin seed cracker, but it makes a bit more sense if you dip it in the lasagna. Tasty!

If you’re a fan of kimchi, you’ll really like these kimchi infused pancakes with a lovely nasturtium leaf and jang sauce (wouldn’t recommend eating the flower it’s served with though!)

I can categorically say this is the most delicious meal I have ever had. Simply mind-blowingly good with a very generous portion. There is not a day goes by that I don’t dream about retuning to eat this again!
