Beef Brisket

Taste good, fast service, friendly staff. Could use more veggies but that's personal preference.

SB use Fable plant-based meat and it was so believable! They even had mushroom stems in the brisket to provide a different tougher texture to some bites - I believe to mimic the tendon. Filled w salads, cheese, onion rings; I also added a cheeky egg ;) if you’re feeling for a saucy hearty burger - give this a go! #veganisnotscary
