Beef Brisket at Soul Burger — egglings's Review (Oct 28, 2020)

SB use Fable plant-based meat and it was so believable! They even had mushroom stems in the brisket to provide a different tougher texture to some bites - I believe to mimic the tendon.
Filled w salads, cheese, onion rings; I also added a cheeky egg ;) if you’re feeling for a saucy hearty burger - give this a go!
