BBQ Fable Po’ Boy

I don't normally swing for a meal before a flight- I prefer buying a wee meal deal and eating on the plane but I had a later flight and some hours to kill so Sanfords it was. I actually really really liked this! The fable mushroom pieces were fantastic and I always appreciate some applewood cheeze on a sandwich. The Cajun chips were pretty good too. Definitely a win for airport food :) #veganisnotscary #airportfood

Good concept for a vegan option at this airport diner - bbq pulled mushroom roll with vegan cheese, onion and pickles and served with Cajun spiced fries. The fries were good and the sandwich was ok but the mushrooms were a bit overcooked - very crispy but this meant they lost bbq sauce flavour.
