Cauliflower

Perfectly cooked cauliflower. Loved that they used parts for the stalk in a different way, that usuals would get discarded. They were battered and fried for crunch. Very creative.

My favorite restaurant in Montreal. Ideal for a cute date or a brunch on weekends I love how they change their menus seasonally only using fresh ingredients and the attention and work is behind every plate.
