Coconut Curry Pumpkin Soup

When it’s raining buckets & the aircon is blowing a gale, there’s nothing better than a good soup and some crusty bread! As I make a pretty good one myself, I rarely enjoy store-bought so this is high praise indeed from me! Homemade vibes and a good size portion too so I couldn’t manage cake! (Not a fan of their coffee tho)...
