Okinawan sweet potato gelato

#sweetpotato is definitely a more unique flavour for an ice cream (it is not yam!!!) 🍠 I would personally love it to be smoother as this feels a little too textured still? Feels like coarsely ground sweet potato… i don’t know… But the colour purple is pretty for sure!! 💜

Reviewing sweet potato gelato this time since I’ve alr did it for their waffles (which is gd as always!!). The gelato had a rly acquired taste and feels more pasty rather than smooth and creamy, didn’t mind it but I’d definitely prefer the matcha gelato
