Salsiccia troppo morbida, ma la pastella fritta salva la consistenza complessiva. Patatine e salsa aioli
buonissime. Purtroppo la salsiccia non mi ha soddisfatto perché il gusto ricordava quello di un würstel, ma rimane pesante e il gusto stanca dopo pochi morsi. Iniziativa incredibile del locale quella di dare in beneficienza il ricavato, grazie all’attivista e fondatore EarthlingEd
