Mushroom ramen

Wow these mushrooms are so delicious! The broth just warms you right up and the mushrooms make your mouth water. The seaweed is initially really strong on the nose but isn't overpowering when you eat it. Get it without the egg to make it vegan. #veganisnotscary #ramen #japanese #asianfood

Excuse the bad photo! I’ve had this ramen dozens of times but we haven't been to Minneapolis since COVID times. Moto-i felt so safe to dine in, thankfully! The flavors and originality of this dish are so, so good. I have never had anything like it.

This was really good. The mushrooms were overly salty tho. Note that it must be requested Vegan or it will come with a poached egg.
