Yuzu Jelly

Yuzu is one of my favourite flavours ever and this is one of my fave things on the menu at Herbivore (and to order in Singapore)! I’m a jelly lover too…so can never resist ordering this. It’s sweet and citrusy and the strawberry adds a nice finishing tang. The jelly is smooth and moreish. The yuzu is boldly present. I could eat this every day if I’m honest! 🙈
