King Oyster Mushroom Curry

My favourite main meal from Singapore by a mile. I freaking love oyster mushrooms, and these were so perfectly crispy coated in a plentiful and delicious curry sauce on a fluffy, gorgeous bed of rice. Also big delicious nutritious chunks of sweet potato. You have to get this

my friend really enjoyed this dish! the curry was quite authentic (slightly spicy) and the rice and cutlet complimented it well! was quite filling too :-)

Loved this! The curry is really flavorful, with potatoes and carrots, and the portion size is quite good. Really love the mushroom cutlet as well, juicy inside with crispy breading. I only wish they gave some veggies with it!
