Vegan mac & Cheese

This mac & cheese was so delicious! I'd taken a friend for her first vegan dining experience, and she actually declared this better than the dairy version! Go Earthlings!

This is genuinely a really rich & creamy alternative to the traditional non vegan mac & cheese however it’s a good alternative & not really a substitute
