Pasta carbonara from our first night in #Palermo: Haiku was one of the only 5 vegan restaurants in the city, and it was pretty fancy. We had two first dishes (pasta and ravioli), the pasta itself in this dish was delish and the sauce very eggy. Also it was paired with excellent shredded cheese which I believe being Sayve cheese, which is one of my favourites that I always buy in Italy. Right place for date night🍝✨
Just got back from a lovely getaway in Palermo with @asiayportia . The first night we came to this plant based restaurant and decided to try some typical dishes. This carbonara was amazing! I think it had tempeh, kala namak salt for the eggy flavour and really good cheese. The ambiance of the place was very intimate and cute. Recommended!
Carbonara con tempeh e formaggio veg. Ottima cottura, sapore e consistenza. Haiku non delude mai.
Ottima carbonara, molto simile a quella classica della tradizione italiana, quasi impercettibile la differenza.
Semplicemente deliziosa. La cremina al tofu era davvero ben fatta e i pezzettini di tempeh aggiungevano croccantezza. Il formaggio di gomasio dava sapidità ed era molto simile a delle scaglie di parmigiano. Consiglio tantissimo
