Of course here we had to taste some smørrebrød!! Open sandwich I guess is the best English translation. This one had #potato, #veganbacon and sauce, but it was a bit dry, it would have needed more sauce :/

Basically an #Italian #kebab. A #piadina is used for the bread part, and it’s filled with Heura chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, onions and an excellent vegan tzatziki sauce🤤 7,5€, an alright price
Such a yummy pasta sauce!! With only #pistachio, #sunfloweroil , salt and pepper. We had it with some mafalda corta (type of pasta) and it worked perfectly, with the nuts pieces going into all the curles of the pasta. So more
