Canelon de calabacin

The presentation on this is beautiful but underneath that creamy sauce and lovely courgette ribbons was just a whole big roll of plant-based meat that I found overwhelming and flavourless. So unfortunately I didn’t actually love this ☹️

A dish using zucchini wrapping up some vegan minced meat. It was tasty, but I was hoping the portion could be slightly bigger.
