On holiday in North Wales and wanting a treat of tea and cake. Woo did I strike lucky! This little deli is right in the bustling hub of the village and had savoury and sweet vegan fayre.
They serve everything in paper bags and cups as though you are ‘taking away’ but there’s a small seating area out front where we sat and shared this extremely good muffin. It was covered in seeds and pistachio pieces. A heavenly light sponge with a surprise centre of lemon custard. Sooooo delicious.
We tried to go back another day but they close quite early and we missed out.
