Mung Bean Pancakes

These pancakes are so sweet and savory, it’s amazing that it’s packed with so much goodness! All kinds of veggies in the pancake + served with a plum sauce and spicy miso/chili sauce. It’s so filling and healthy, I love that the restaurant uses no oil to cook! Only got one picture before our table of 3 had to dig in 😂 #veganpancakes #eatyourveggies #oilfree

The pancakes were so good. I can't wait to eat the leftovers tomorrow! The miso dipping sauce was completely amazing, I had to ask for more I ate it so quickly. This restaurant is great. I can't wait to come back for maybe a spicy soup next time.
