Mung Bean Pancakes

These pancakes are so sweet and savory, it’s amazing that it’s packed with so much goodness! All kinds of veggies in the pancake + served with a plum sauce and spicy miso/chili sauce. It’s so filling and healthy, I love that the restaurant uses no oil to cook!
Only got one picture before our table of 3 had to dig in 😂
