Review of Rice and Curry Meal with Winter Melon Curry at Mirisata by pdxveg
Mirisata loosely translates from Sinhala to "spicy curry." There was indeed a range of đ„, and everything was bursting with lively flavors.

Winter Melon Curry â winter melon simmered in a light coconut gravy with onions, green chilies, grated coconut, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and rampe
Tempered Mustard Greens â mustard greens stir-fried in coconut oil with onions, green chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and rampe
Pol Sambol â fresh grated coconut with onion, crushed dry chilies, and lime
Deviled Sweet Potatoes â sweet potatoes stir-fried in coconut oil with onions, curry leaves, garlic, green chilies, mustard seeds, and cumin
Yellow Rice â basmati rice cooked with rampe, coconut oil, vegetable broth, and saffron (center)
