Yum! These frozen carrots are perfect to keep on hand to add to meals for days you don't want to do too much cooking. Carrots are an excellent source of vitamin A and they're also a good source of many nutrients like potassium and B vitamins.

Frozen tofu scramble breakfast burritos! My partner isn't vegetarian and his usual breakfast is store bought egg and sausage breakfast burritos. Luckily, he's open to trying vegan options, so I decided to test out a tofu scramble breakfast burrito: tofu scramble, impossible ground sausage, bell peppers and onions and a little bit of vegan cheese. He liked it! So I made a big batch for him so he can just microwave in the morning for about 90 seconds just like his store bought ones. 🥰🥰

Enchilada night! This can of green enchilada sauce is so convenient to make enchiladas. It's super quick and super easy. The flavor is perfect- not too spicy, but just enough heat where you can feel it in your mouth for a little bit before it dissipates. Very inexpensive, too.  Definitely recommend.

Enchilada night! This can of green enchilada sauce is so convenient to make enchiladas. It's super quick and super easy. The flavor is perfect- not too spicy, but just enough heat where you can feel it in your mouth for a little bit before it dissipates. Very inexpensive, too.  Definitely recommend.

These paper snacks bags are perfect for packaging frozen breakfast burritos individually. They're #[plasticfree](hashtag-5be9268333a3a9efa9b1d9c6) and #[recyclable](hashtag-5eb83980894f2748794483e7) making them a nice alternative to plastic baggies. They are made from a paper product called glassine which is typically compostable, but for some reason these aren't labeled or certified as compostable. I'm going to throw them in the compost anyway to see what happens. #rebel . They have another paper snack bag that is labeled as compostable though so I might get those next time. I got these because they were on clearance.

They are #quickandeasy to cook but you need to make sure you rinse with cold water because otherwise they are very sticky and gummy. I like to eat them with sauteed veggies and soy products (like edamame or tofu) and a peanut butter sauce. Buckwheat is a good source of protein, fiber, iron, potassium and B vitamins. Buckwheat is #glutenfree despite the name.

It's not too high in saturated fat or sodium, which is a plus, and there's a good amount of protein for what it is.

What a neat and unique product- like a granola bar but savory. It has a very nice bold, smoky flavor. It's crunchy but not too hard, a bit fragile but not too crumbly. It's mostly #peanuts and I'm not the biggest fan of peanuts so I probably would not go out of my way to get this, but it would be great for people who like peanuts and need a #quicksnack that's easy to eat and carry with them. If you have expired yeast- do a test: in a glass measuring cup put 1/2 cup of water, 1 tsp sugar and a pack of yeast. Mix it all up and wait about 10 minutes. If it's risen to the one cup line, then it's good to go! This was stored in the pantry. 

My pizza dough turned out great- very soft and tasty and it rose very well. I definitely will be making more bread and dough soon.

This is my first time trying guava. The texture of the flesh is smooth and creamy. The seeds are edible but they are really hard so you can't chew them, you have to swallow them whole.  They have kind of a weird chemical smell, similar to tomato plant leaves in my opinion. They are very tart tasting. There is a website listed on the package www.premiumguava.com where they share a lot of recipes using guava which is helpful since guava is more of an unusual fruit in my area. Many of the recipes are juices but there are some that scoop the seeds out and use the guava as an edible cup which is kinda cool.

These are okay. The smell reminds me of fruity pebbles, which is quite nice and they taste pretty good, too. I was a bit disappointed in the texture because I was hoping for a more ooey gooey marshmallow texture but it was a bit dry. Glad to have these as an option though.
