Since @abillion10 doesnât have the video upload option (đą), I had to screenshot the video I made this morning on Instagram, so you can see how amazing this #breakfast was!! This is called JELLY BAKED OATS and it is super easy to do! Are you ready?!

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup oats;
-1/2 cup oat milk (I used this #organic UHT oat drink from BjORG - french organic pioneer - with no added sugar & source of calcium) #healthy (ingredientsâ list & nutritional values in the last pictures of this swipe);
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract;
- 1/2 tsp baking soda;
- 1/4 cup apple purĂ©e (in alternative, you can use homemade apple jam with only fruitsâ natural sugars);
Jelly Filling:
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries (or whatever berries are your favourites đ);
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds;
Toppings:
- cinnamon (as you like đ);
- coconut sugar (as needed);
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180°
2. Blend all the ingredients together
3. Microwave Jelly ingredients for 1 minute and mix together & set aside
4. Pour 3/4 of the batter in an oven proof dish.
5. Scoop out some of the jelly.
6. Pour the remaining batter.
7. Sprinkle with cinnamon & coconut sugar on top.
8. Bake in the oven for up to 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
I saw this recipe on @dr.vegan Instagram account and the video was so appealing I HAD to try it! I gotta say I am not disappointed đ€€ and Iâm definitely saving this recipe for my future weekend breakfasts, when Iâm not on a rush (since it takes a while to bake in the oven)!
