Cette boisson d'avoine est un classique parmi les laits végétaux. Le gout est léger, donc elle peut être utilisée en cuisine salée ou sucrée. J'aime l'utiliser pour les plats salés, je l'ai utilisé cette semaine pour faire des legumes au curry à la place du lait de coco, que je trouve d'un goût trop prononcé et dont l'association je n'aime pas personnellement.
