Impossible Bao au Little Bao — Avis de Kayla (20 avr. 2018)

This famous burger joint is super popular in HK (tonight there was a 2 hour wait for a table!) and doesn’t have a lot of veg options. Yesterday they launched this dish which is an Impossible vegan burger (previously only available in the US) with black pepper teriyaki sauce, salted lemon kombu salad, and fermented tofu sauce. The taste and texture was just like meat — so crazy! My friend who eats meat tried it too and loved it! It’s served on a “Bao”, aka Chinese steamed bun, which is toasted. So delicious!
