Eggplant goreng dip with emping crackers

Loved this starter. The eggplant which was a dip was yummy.

For me this was the best dish of the meal because I hugely love emping

crackers and this was a cute and creative way to serve them..with a fried eggplant dip! The eggplant was cooked deliciously and had loads of flavour. Squeeze in the lime and oh it's divine!
