
I love the “Mas Veggies” menu here! And I love making a meal out of a huge plate of nachos. 😋 This delicious dish features Tex-Mex crumbles, Cholula crema, beans, guacamole, and a variety of fresh veggies. Veggie Grill’s elegant downtown location had only a few dine-in patrons on a Sunday night. But the staff was working hard to fulfill a lot of to-go and delivery orders. I’m glad to see the restaurant doing well. #pdxvegan #mexican

I love these Nachos and I have introduced them to so many people that love them (most of the people being non vegan)! I love Veggie Grill overall and am so lucky to live so close to one!
Bomb nachos!! I actually used to work for VG about 10 years ago and I have seen their menu change so much since then. I wish they would bring back some of their old menu items like the All American Stack!! These nachos are amazing but I think I prefer the old way they made nachos!
From the menu: “corn chips, queso sauce, achiote taco meat, ranchero beans, tomato corn salsa, mashed avocado, cream and pickled chiles.” There’s been several iterations of VG nachos and these are probably my least favorite. Maybe it’s not as suitable for takeout. Maybe it’s technique. There’s not enough cheese and the other meat was better.
