Un’altra mecca della pasticceria vegana a #berlino è #thesanctuary #italian #veganbackery (a gennaio ha aperto anche una terza sede). Un paradiso per gli occhi (seconda e terza foto) e per il palato! Peccato che in Italia invece non esistano forni così, tranne quello a Roma e la magnolia a Verona…. In ogni modo #maritozzo stratosferico, pasta leggera e farcito di buonissima crema al pistacchio più #panna e granola di #pistacchio nella parte esterna 😋 Dispiace di esserci potuta andare solo una volta. 🎻🎻🎻 as an Italian from Rome, the Heimat of Maritozzo, this one looks super small to me 😹 but how good it was! The dough should have been a bit softer but the filling is great, there is even some pistachio cream inside together with the panna. Very very satisfying.
