Roasted potatoes pizza

I loved this so much I went back the next day and had it again. The potatoes seem pan fried not roasted but the garlic and arugula are fresh and fantastic. The crust is thin but not too crispy. I asked them to add chopped grape tomatoes the second time, and it only improved a very good thing. Yum!

This pizza was delicious! It was Served with sauteed mushrooms, arugula, oil-cured black olives, and pesto and vegan Cheese. I ordered it fir delivery and even though it arrived cold it was still delicious!

I had this dish over a year ago and I STILL think about it. Potatoes on pizza - who knew? The pesto was next level, I never wanted it to end. Reasonably priced (except if you wanted to add daiya cheese...its an extra $3.50, which is a lot compared to buying a bag of daiya cheese at the store for 4 dollars). I cant remember if I went for the cheese or not, but you don't even need it with how savory this dish is. The arugula was almost too much, but I appreciated the amount they gave me. I wanted to take it home and keep it with me forever.
