Falafel burger

#veganisnotscary This sandwich was delicious and the pita bread was soft and airy. The tomatoes and pickles were the best and added a nice crunch. The sandwich also had a nice kick to it. But the falafel was a little saltier than I expected. Overall definitely good and a must-try!

This was amazing! I had to ask for this to be veganized, but the the soft pita and warm, flavorful falafel with the creamy tahini and crunchy pickles melded so well together. It was perfect for the cold weather outside!
