Claypot Tofu

Its like a jungle in here, perhaps to bring home the point of why the establishment is named as such (do their greens while you're at it). Lotsa foliage to go around in every nook and cranny, pinned on walls as well 🍃 Would have been perfect a space if surface area wasn't an issue; it became a tad claustrophobic after the 2nd course (full house) 😅 The same winning formula everywhere, be it Shu Veg, Zizai or Leaf Corner 👉 #deepfried #tofu wokked with some form of crunchy #eatyourgreens (#carrots, #cabbage, #cauliflower, #mushrooms, #capsicum) in light, starchy gravy. This veg rendition of claypot tofu was good. Tofu was drizzled in generous portions of braised sauce and there's bits of plant based minced meats. It can be requested to omit the egg out.
