Ratatouille Soup

Tasted like diluted pasta sauce. Would have been better if the consistency was thicker and it was served hotter

I think a different kind of bread would work better for this dish.

Like it that it's not "heavy" at all. Perfect for a starter for sharing even.

Nice tangy soup, I finished up everything in the bowl. Although I didn't enjoy the bread that came with the soup, I still ate up every crumb. Might request without the bread next time.

I’ve never had ratatouille before (soup or otherwise) so I cannot compare but this just tastes like tomato soup to me. Well it’s tasty tomato soup but not what I was expecting.
