Marinated Dry Bean Curd Salad

$8 Finely shredded cold bean curd noodles with a little fresh coriander, in a salty, liquidy chilli marinade. ‘Dry’ is a misnomer as it is well sauced. The bean curd ‘noodles’ were super chewy and bitey in an addictive way. This was very good value for money as the bean curd was very satiating and the portion decent. Overall, a great dish!
