Kung Pao Veggie Shrimp

Garden Wok is one of my staple restaurants and I usually order the same thing! I usually get the Kung pao fried tofu but decided to try the kung pao shrimp 🌶🦐. I'm so glad I did😋. It was yummy and the shrimp had a great texture and taste. I can't recall what real shrimp taste like BUT I've had other vegan shrimp and Garden Wok's dish tastes better than other vegan shrimp I've had. I'll definitely be ordering this again. Also for those who may have noticed, I requested my dish made with only broccoli for the veggies. Typically the dish comes with other veggies 🥬🥕🫑in addition to broccoli🥦 🥦. Lastly the soup is the sweet corn soup. I'm addicted and crave this soup 🍵😋

I lovee Kung pao dishes and this was absolutely delicious! My first time trying vegan shrimp and I thought it was pretty good. The texture reminded me of that of fish balls. The sauce coats all of the veggies and shrimp nicely, and it has a very slight heat to it. The peanuts and water chestnuts add so much to the dish with its crunch. Overall a really good dish!
