Review of Kung Pao Veggie Shrimp at Garden Wok by merylg4v
I lovee Kung pao dishes and this was absolutely delicious! My first time trying vegan shrimp and I thought it was pretty good. The texture reminded me of that of fish balls. The sauce coats all of the veggies and shrimp nicely, and it has a very slight heat to it. The peanuts and water chestnuts add so much to the dish with its crunch. Overall a really good dish!
